Company History
Teel Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1990 in Dallas, Texas. Over the past two decades, Teel Enterprises and its principals have acquired, renovated, and managed commercial real estate . including office, warehouse, retail and land. In 2002 StratVisor, LLC was formed as a separate entity to begin focusing on strategic consulting and advisory services.
StratVisor has consulted to over 65 real estate organizations in 14 different industries with real estate assets ranging from $200 million to $20 billion. Organizations range from 5 to 2,000 people providing real estate services, including the largest private and public sector owners in the United States.
