Company History


Teel Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1990 in Dallas, Texas. Over the past 16 years, Teel Enterprises and its principals have acquired, renovated and managed commercial real estate – including office, warehouse, retail and land. The company perceived a need in the industry for a more consultative approach to certain projects and, in 2002, began to focus on strategic consulting and advisory services.

Using a "virtual company" model, Teel hired consultants in strategic locations in the United States to provide expertise in a variety of Commercial real estate disciplines serving owners and users of real estate. As the business grew, the owners felt the consulting business needed its own identity, and in 2006, Teel StratVisor Group, L.P. was formed as a separate entity.

The team that makes up Teel StratVisor Group has consulted to over 40 real estate organizations with real estate assets ranging from $200 million to $20 billion. Organizations range from 5 to 2,000 people providing real estate services, including the largest private and public sector owners in the United States.

Major Accomplishments

  • Developed the Value Creation Model© which illustrates how StratVisor aligns your strategies (Company, Portfolio and Real Estate Assets) to your real estate operations (People, Tools and Processes) by using metrics, communication and training
  • Developed a set of proprietary tools, the StratVisorSM Toolset, which provide the basis for StratVisor’s consulting processes
  • Developed a patented asset disposition process in 2006, the StratVisor Disposition ModelSM , which matches equity partners with companies desiring to eliminate non-productive real estate assets
  • Formed strategic alliances with professional organizations to link Best Practices to the StratVisorSM Toolset
  • Approved as an Independent Industry Consultant for Yardi
  • Approved as an Independent Insustry Consultant for Intuit Real Estate Solutions (IRES)
  • Doubled revenues every year since 2003
