Carolyn has over 17 years experience in the areas of Accounting/Finance (including RE), Operations, Marketing /
Market Research, Account Management, Telecom, Operational Development and IT.
Carolyn also has extensive consulting experience, domestically and internationally, in Process Improvement, Technology Enhancements / Implementations, Financial Reporting and Operations Improvements. She has developed comprehensive documentation for Process Improvement including facilitation to document current state, desired future state and steps to achieve desired future state.
As a Manager for Ericsson’s Change Management Organization within the Services Operations Team, she led operations improvement teams for improvements on current work methods and completed operational improvement projects that included analysis, development and implementation of updated process and procedures to streamline operations
Carolyn holds a BS from University of Texas at Dallas
