Cindy Wozny-Carl, Director of Consulting for Teel StratVisor, has amassed over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry focusing on strategy development, process improvement/design and organizational development. As a Teel StratVisor team member, her executive leadership in applying contemporary management techniques to drive people, process and technology optimization to achieve value will be a wonderful asset to the organization.
Prior to joining Teel StratVisor, Cindy was General Growth Properties’ Vice President, Development Strategy, where she was responsible for planning strategy, process improvement and performance measurement in retail and mixed-use development. As the Director of Corporate Strategy for Equity Office, Cindy led numerous initiatives in planning improvement strategies and performance measurement.
Cindy developed and executed strategic services within global consulting across all aspects of commercial real estate for Deloitte and Touche’s consulting division and was responsible for client service, business development, project management and staff development. She also held the position of Quality Improvement Director for Homart Development.
Cindy received her Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago; has completed post graduate work at DePaul University in Real Estate Finance, where she also served as an Adjunct Professor. She is currently the president for CREW (Commercial Real Estate Executive Women) Chicago; a Goldie Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative Mentor; and serves on the Women’s Auxiliary Board of Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center.
