Don has Over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, business process improvement, and project/ program management in information technology for the Real Estate industry. He has worked with clients in corporate real estate, multi-family, homebuilding, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial property owners and managers. He has extensive experience in assisting clients select and implement the best software application to fit their needs. Don has experience in selecting and/ or implementing many software packages such as JD Edwards OneWorld, Oracle Projects, Oracle Real Estate, SAP Real Estate, Meridian Project Systems, Yardi, OneSite Accounting, OneSite Purchasing, OneSite Facilities, MRI, Timberline, Virtual Premise, and Quarem ALT. In addition, Don has experience helping real estate organizations improve and maximize their back office processes. Prior to joining Teel StratVisor, Don worked for a big four consulting firm where he worked with many top real estate companies and corporate real estate organizations including McDonald’s, Sprint, Roseland Property Company, Prime Hospitality, Crescent Real Estate Equities, Catholic Healthcare, Staubach, Darling Homes, Park Place Entertainment, and Kroger. Don also served as Product Manager for a multi-family software development firm where he managed the accounting, purchasing, and facilities software applications.
