Company History
Teel Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1990 in Dallas, Texas. Over the past two decades, Teel Enterprises
and its principals have acquired, renovated and managed commercial real estate – including
office, warehouse, retail and land. In 2002 Teel StratVisor L.P. was formed as a separate entity
to begin focusing on strategic consulting and advisory services.
Teel StratVisor has consulted to over 40 real estate organizations with real estate assets ranging from $200 million to $20 billion. Organizations range from 5 to 2,000 people providing real estate services, including the largest private and public sector owners in the United States.
Major Accomplishments
- Developed the Value Creation Model© which illustrates how StratVisor aligns your strategies (Company, Portfolio and Real Estate Assets) to your real estate operations (People, Tools and Processes) by using metrics, communication and training
- Developed a set of proprietary tools, the StratVisorSM Toolset, which provide the basis for StratVisor’s consulting processes
- Developed a patented asset disposition process in 2006, the StratVisor Disposition ModelSM , which matches equity partners with companies desiring to eliminate non-productive real estate assets
