Kathy brings over 23 years of experience in key aspects of commercial real estate including asset management, property management, leasing, brokerage and corporate real estate strategies. Having worked for national companies including Hines, MassMutual, Trammell Crow Company and Prentiss Properties, she provides a unique perspective to an array of clients with different real estate needs. Throughout her career, she has completed over 500 lease transactions and asset managed $1.2 billion of real estate. Kathy’s focus has been on providing clients with a strategic advantage to their real estate portfolio through value enhancement, operational improvement, outsourcing evaluations and employee correlated service models. She has consulted for corporate real estate users, national real estate owners, brokerage firms and non-profits.
