Kathy brings over 20 years of real estate experience as a property manager and project leasing agent, as well as tenant representation and construction management. Kathy has a strong focus on procuring a tenant mix that will be owner and management friendly as well as retaining these tenants once they are in place. Kathy has successfully renewed 80-90% of tenants resulting in a profit of $2.5 million to the owner when the building was sold. Kathy has worked for companies such as Grubb & Ellis, Mohr Partners and CBRE. During her time with Grubb and Ellis, she supervised several large tenant improvement projects such as a two-floor build-out for Deloitte and Touche in Las Colinas Corporate Center. While at Mohr Partners, she handled all real estate transactions for a large client, Total Renal Care, in several major cities in the United States. She has been involved with CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) since 1992 and chaired the Community Projects Committee in 2004, leading to a $150,000 donation to CREW’s beneficiaries. Kathy has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 1995.
