Katie has over 10 years of Real Estate and Project Management experience that spans all real estate operations areas - Accounting/Finance, Acquisition/Disposition, Asset/Property Management, Marketing/Market Research, Investor Relations/Reporting, and Technology Implementation.
She also has extensive consulting experience in Real Estate Strategy (Corporate, Portfolio and Asset), Process Improvement, Technology Enhancements/ Implementations, Financial Reporting and Operations Improvements.
Some of her achievements include managing strategic planning for diverse range of clients from Fortune 100 companies to small private real estate owners; developing extensive documentation for process improvement including facilitation to document current state, desired future state and steps to achieve desired future state; leading implementation teams on Yardi Enterprise and Voyager Upgrades and advising clients on system selection; coordinating custom reporting automation for traditional and TIC real estate investors; and completing operational improvement projects that included analysis, development and implementation of updated process and procedures to streamline operations.
