Lisa has over 23 years of experience in key aspects of commercial real estate including financial analysis, asset management and property management. She is an innovative and proactive team leader during periods of transition and implementation of large initiatives.
Prior to joining the StratVisor team, she most recently served as Northern California Director/Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis, with responsibility for a 7MSF portfolio of institutionally owned commercial real estate assets. Earlier, Lisa served as Director of Property Management for Burnham Pacific where she directed the outsourcing of a 124 shopping center portfolio in 12 states. She also managed the major rehabilitation and re-tenanting of an 800,000 suburban mall.
