Lisa has over 30 years of diverse commercial real estate management experience that includes roles in owner-operated, large scale mixed-use projects and retail properties; third party management, and consulting firms. She has a strong track record of providing leadership during periods of growth, transition and economic challenge and has particular expertise in strategic and team development, financial & project management and re-tenanting strategies.
Since joining StratVisor in 2006 she has consulted on corporate and commercial client projects including Thomas Properties Group, Los Angeles, CA, involving operational assessments & improvements and creating and providing live and eLearning training. She provided assessments & recommendations on financial strategies of owning vs. leasing corporate real estate and alternative ownership structures for Pacific Gas & Electric, San Francisco, CA along with two other significant initiatives for National Grid and Southern California Edison. In addition, Lisa is a vital member of the Research and Development team for StratVisor, and significantly contributed to the development of StratVisor.s Customer Service Series eLearning modules and the StratVisor Performance Assessment (SPA).
Before joining StratVisor, she served as Director of Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in San Francisco, CA managing the on-site management teams for a large institutionally owned portfolio. When CBRE merged with Insignia/ESG, the local asset base grew by over 400%. Lisa provided the key role of integrating 150 new staff members into the firm.s management system and practices.
From 1996 -2000, Lisa worked for Burnham Pacific where she was an Asset Manager of a retail portfolio and later assumed the role of Director, Property Management. When the firm outsourced Property Management of its assets, she developed & implemented the operational transition plan, policies and procedures for reporting, budgeting & maintenance. She acted as liaison between Asset Managers and service providers and supplemented resources during portfolio acquisition.
From 1984 -1996 at San Francisco.s Embarcadero Center, Lisa initially filled the role of Manager, Lease Administration and implemented the company's first in-house lease data base system. She developed lease and retail sales audit processes that resulted in significant revenue enhancements. As Manager, Retail Properties, she provided underwriting analysis for a $35 MM retail and public area renovation that would be phased in over a three-period. It included strategic tenant relocations and lease buy-outs and space assembly to position the project for attracting different levels of retailers.
