Managed all Reg D offering processes, assisting in the preparation of Private Placement Memoranda, and directing offering activities with BD and financial advisor clients. Managed Investor Services including financial reporting and standard CRM activities.
Prior experience includes activities in diverse industries through acting as a finance specialist for a $150 million investment fund. Targeted and negotiated acquisitions; served as interim CEO, CFO, etc. for early stage companies of the fund. Companies included entities that went public or that were acquired by large nationally recognized organizations.
