Sandeep serves StratVisor as Accounting Analyst, in addition to providing marketing and project support. His responsibilities include: • All accounting entries for payables and receivables • Abstracting client contracts to facilitate the billing process • Creating standard as well as ad hoc financial reports • Maintaining the marketing database of contacts for marketing and business development • Research assignments for internal as well as client projects Prior to working with Stratvisor, Sandeep started as a tele-caller at Vanguard and was soon promoted to Team Lead – Operations. He then held the same position at Expert Serv and Core BPO. His responsibilities as Team Lead included: • Coaching and mentoring of associates • Motivating associates to work as a team • Ensuring target achievement • Monitoring live and recorded calls to ensure all quality steps were covered • Providing production and staffing reports to Senior Management • Coordinating with Admin, HR, Finance, IT Departments for smooth processing
