The Challenge
A small, private owner and manager of $100M in commercial real estate did not have a clear understand the necessary skill-sets for the team to effectively manage short-term growth.  The Company also did not have a clear division of duties and job descriptions for the current employees. 

The Client asked the Teel StratVisor Group to create comprehensive job descriptions for Asset Management, Property Management and Accounting that factored into the Company’s anticipated growth.

What We Did
The StratVisor team interviewed the current staff to understand their skill-sets and current day-to-day tasks.  Once the roles and skills of the current staff were documented, a gap analysis was completed to determine what additional skills were essential to enhance the current team.  Job descriptions were then developed for all current and recommended positions.
