The Challenge
A privately-held real estate investment firm was planning to invest in a medical business that had 8 real estate assets in three major cities.  They needed help understanding the value of the real estate assets as it pertained to the acquisition of an operating business.

The client asked Teel StratVisor Group to analyze market conditions and develop a comparable property sales and rental rates list for the potential acquisition.

What We Did
Teel StratVisor Group completed on-line research for the market rental and sales comparables for each city. The team also contacted real estate brokers to better understand market conditions and current values. This information was provided to the client during their due diligence process to help the client evaluate the acquisition.
