StratVisor documents the current needs of the organization as it pertains to the processes the technology will be supporting. This may include processes and data such as financial, investor, lease, portfolio, operational, etc. We inventory decision factors and have the client weight them by level of importance. Factors could include future technology direction, costs, reliability, functionality, etc. We then review the current state of systems against the decision factors to develop options that will be considered in this process. Systems could include accounting, lease management, work order, construction processing (job cost), workflow tools, project management tools, etc. We present the recommendation that applies best for your business along with cost estimates to implement the recommended solution.
